Shipping Policy

General Shipping Policies:

Most U.S. ground orders ship within 1 business day (business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays). USPS shipments to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories ship once or twice per week based on volume. We do not have daily USPS pickups.

Free ground shipping delivery time is typically 1 to 5 business days after shipment (weather events or carrier delays may affect transit time). We use UPS Ground for most physical addresses and USPS for P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories. In some cases, FedEx may be used if it provides faster delivery.

Expedited shipping options (Second Day Air and Standard Overnight) are available at checkout for orders placed before 11:00 AM Central Time, Monday through Friday. Expedited orders placed after this cutoff will ship the next business day. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable on returns and are not applied to exchange shipments. Expedited orders shipped on Friday will arrive Monday for Standard Overnight and Tuesday for Second Day Air.

We do not ship on Federal holidays including New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

USPS Priority Mail is used for APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. Territories.

Undelivered or lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the ship date. Carrier claims must be filed within this timeframe in order to qualify for replacement or refund.

As the shipper, we are required to file claims with the carrier on behalf of the recipient. UPS policies apply to all claims. Packages released without a signature (including deliveries authorized through UPS My Choice) are not eligible for lost package claims. Packages marked as delivered but later reported stolen are not covered by UPS and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Upon receiving your boots, verify the size on both the box and the tongue label. Try boots on indoors on carpet to confirm proper fit.

International Shipping

International orders ship once or twice weekly depending on volume and may require 2-3 business days before shipment. Estimated delivery to most European countries and New Zealand is approximately 2 weeks after shipment. Transit times vary by destination and customs processing.

Customers are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. Orders may be delayed if customs requires payment prior to delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and dimensions. We reserve the right to select USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on the fastest and most reliable service available at time of shipment.
