Shipping Policy

General Shipping Policies:

Most U.S. orders ship within 1 business day (business days being M-F excluding holidays). International orders only ship once or twice per week based on volume, so international orders may not ship for 2-3 business days.

Free shipping delivery time is usually between 1 and 5 business days after they ship (Weather delays or disasters may affect this time). We use UPS ground for most regular physical addresses (on occassion we will use FedEx if it is faster) and USPS for P.O. Boxes, no exceptions.

Expedited shipping is available during checkout for second day air and standard overnight shipped Monday through Friday if entered before 11am Central time.  Expedited orders placed after that time will ship the next BUSINESS day (M-F) Expedited shipping charges are not refundable for returns and are not carried over on exchanges.   Expedited orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday for standard overnight and Tuesday for 2 day express.  Note: We do NOT ship on Federal holidays, i.e. New Year Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas day or New Year Eve. 

We use USPS Priority Mail for all APO/FPO shipments as well as PR, Guam, USVI, Hawaii, Alaska and all other US territories. 

Undelivered or "lost" package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the ship date or they cannot be refunded or replaced. UPS and USPS require US to submit the claim and all relevant paperwork within 30 days of shipment. 

Upon receiving your boots, check the size on the box and on the tongue of the boots to ensure that they are what you ordered.  Also, try your boots on indoors on carpet to ensure the fit is what you expect.  

International Shipping

International orders only ship once or twice per week depending on voluime, so it may take 2-3 business days to depart our facility.  Once shipped, we will do everything in our power to make sure the boots get to you in a timely manner (most European countries as well as NZ usually receive their package approximately 2 weeks after shipment). However, because each country is different, we cannot be held responsible for errors or delays out of our control.

You may experience delays if customs require you to make a payment to receive your package. We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes or fees, that is solely the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and dimensions; we reserve the right to change the carrier bases on what will be the quickest, best option available at the time of shipment.  It could be USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on our latest information about ETAs to your country.
