Returns/Exchanges/Warranty Policy
Returns:
You may request a return for most new, unworn items within 60 days of purchase for a refund. Items must be in new condition, show no signs of outdoor wear, and be returned in the original box with hang tags attached (if applicable). We recommend trying boots on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface to ensure proper fit and comfort. NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
If a return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective item), we will provide a return label at no cost to you. If the return is not due to our error, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund original outbound shipping costs on returned orders, and we do not reimburse return shipping costs unless an error was made on our part or there is a verified warranty issue. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable if an item is returned or exchanged. Replacement shipments will be sent using our standard free shipping method unless alternate arrangements are made prior to shipment.

EXCHANGES:
You may request an exchange for most new, unworn items within 60 days of purchase. Exchanges are limited to the same model and one exchange per order. Submit an RMA request from within your order details page or through this link Returns/Exchange Request. Upon receipt and approval of your return, the replacement item will be shipped at no charge to customers in the lower 48 states. Customers in AK, HI, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories are responsible for replacement shipping costs (one exchange only). Replacement items are typically shipped within 2-3 business days after the return is processed if the requested size is in stock. If not in stock, you will be notified.
If you require faster service, submit an RMA for return and place a new order for the item you need so we can ship it immediately.
Warranty/Defect Information:
IMPORTANT: We are an independent distributor, not the manufacturer. Warranty support is only available for products purchased directly from bellevillebootshop.com. For items purchased from other retailers, please contact the original place of purchase.
If you believe a boot has a manufacturer's defect, please email customerservice@bellevillebootshop.com with the following:
- Photo of both boots side by side
- Photo clearly showing the issue (if visible)
- Photo of the tongue label
Include a detailed description of the issue in your email so we can evaluate the claim and coordinate a warranty return or exchange. Warranty claims are handled case by case, and final determination is made by the manufacturer. In most approved cases, a return label will be issued. Once the boots are returned, inspected, and processed, a replacement will be sent. If the model or a comparable model is no longer available, a refund or store credit may be issued.
