When will my order ship?
Most domestic ground orders ship within 1 business day of receipt (business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day. International orders ship once or twice per week based on volume and may require 2–3 business days before departure.
Has my order shipped?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in the evening with a tracking link.
How long will it take for my order to arrive using free shipping?
Free ground shipping delivery time is typically 2 to 6 business days after shipment. Carrier delays, weather events, or natural disasters may affect transit time.
What other shipping options do I have?
Second Day Air and Standard Overnight shipping options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time ship the next business day.
Are original shipping charges refunded on returns?
Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a verified warranty issue. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship internationally to select countries. If your country is not available as an option at checkout, we do not ship to that location.
