Most U.S. orders ship within 1 business day, except on holidays. International orders may take 2-3 business days to ship.  Free shipping in the contiguous U.S. usually takes 1-5 business days. We use UPS ground for regular addresses and USPS for P.O. Boxes.

2-day and overnight shipping are available at checkout. Orders received before 11am CST on non-holiday weekdays will ship the same day, otherwise the next business day. Expedited shipping charges are not refundable.

We use USPS Priority Mail for shipments to APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. territories.

International shipping costs are based on weight and dimensions. We reserve the right to change the carrier bases on what will be the quickest, best option available at the time of shipment and may use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on latest information on delivery times.

RETURNS:

You can return most new, unworn, and unaltered items within 60 days of delivery for a refund (does not apply to international orders). You can request a return from your order details page or by using this link: Return/Exchange Request.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If there is no error on our part return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items returned for a refund, not an exchange will be less our original shipping costs to send said item to you.  Expedited shipping charges and shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are not refunded unless there was an error on our part.
