    Boots that Haven't Arrived

Posted by Tali Rovet on 15th Oct 2025

How can I review these boots if I ordered them a month ago, and they still haven't arrived to me? I thought your company being in the US would have shipped it faster to Canada than it would have been to Israel...but it seems like I should have ordered it a year ago to have it coincide with my trip to Canada this past month. Very very very disappointed. I was looking forward to wearing boots that fit my feet (because my size is rare). REPLY: It is OUR FAULT Canada Post went on strike? Take it up with the Canada Post Union or your government, we have ZERO control over that. The boots were sent in a timely manner, you not getting them is THEIR fault, not ours.
