Shipping & Returns
ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN NOVEMBER 15th AND DECEMBER 22nd HAVE AN EXTENDED 45 DAYS FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
General Shipping info:
Free shipping delivery time is usually between 1 and 5 business days after they ship (Weather delays or disasters may affect this time). We use UPS ground for regular physical addresses and USPS for P.O. Boxes, no exceptions.

You may return most new, unworn, unaltered items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If there is no error on our part return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover any shipping costs associated with your return unless an error was made on our part or there is an accepted warranty claim. Items returned for a refund, not an exchange will be less our original shipping costs to send said item to you. Expedited shipping charges and shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are not refunded unless there was an error on our part.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to exchange an item (same model only) submit an RA request from within your order details page or email email@example.com with your name, order number, reason for request and if an exchange the size needed in return. In most cases we will respond within 1 business day with instructions and information on the exchange or return. Upon the return of your item the requested replacement will be sent to you at no charge to you if it is in stock (one exchange only).
If you believe a boot has a manufacturer's defect please email firstname.lastname@example.org with as much detail and photos if there is a visible defect so we can make arrangements for a warranty return or exchange. We deal with these situations on a case-to-case basis and it is the manufacturer who determines if a warranty is due or not. In most cases a return label will be sent to you via email to return the boots and when they are returned, inspected and processed we will send a replacement. In some cases, a refund will be issued if that model is no longer available.
We will do everything in our power to make sure the boots get to you in a timely manner (most European countries as well as NZ usually receive their package approximately 2 weeks after shipment). However, because each country is different, we cannot be held responsible for errors or delays out of our control.
You may experience delays if customs requires you to make a payment to receive your package. We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes or fees, that is solely the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and dimensions; we reserve the right to change the carrier bases on what will be the quickest, best option available at the time of shipment. It could be USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on our latest information about delivery times to your country.
We cannot ship anything until payment is received.
ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL! NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ARE ALLOWED.
If and item is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will refuse return delivery as we would be required to pay the shipping back as well as return customs fees.
International orders will only ship once or twice per week based on volume, meaning it may take 3-5 BUSINESS days (M-F excluding holidays) before your order ships.
If you don't see your country listed on the checkout page, we do not currently ship to your country, sorry.
